Breaskfast at the hotel. After breakfast, transfer to Lima airport to board your flight to Cusco. At your arrival, welcome and transfer to your hotel. Rest and adapt to altitude.
In the afternoon, guided sightseeing tour to the impressive colonial city built on the bases of Inca palaces. The tour starts visiting the main square, which was formerly called Huacaypata. The tour continue with the Cathedral and the Temple of the sun or also called Qoricancha.
In addition, we will visit the 4 ruins adjancent to the city: The fortress of Sacsayhuaman, the ceremonial center of Qenqo, tambomachay and the fort of puka pukara

At a convenient time, transfer to train station in Poroy for take your expedition train to Aguas Calientes. At your arrival in Aguas Calientes, you will statr your tour with an 30-minute bus drive, climbing 6km of winding road, to the incredible Historic Sanctuary of Machu Picchu, also known as “The Lost City of the Incas”.
We’ll participate in a guided tour of the Citadel, visiting the Main Plaza, the Circular Tower, the Sacred Sun Dial, the Royal Quarters, the Temple of the Three Windows and various burial grounds. Then, we take the bus back to Aguas Calientes. You will have a delicious buffet lunch in a local restaurant. After lunch, you will go to the train station and wait for your train ride back to Cusco.

Guided sightseeing tour to the most attractive and important sites in Lima, the “City of Kings”. We will aslo visit “El Olivar” park with olive trees brought from Spain in the XV century, the Central Park of Miraflores and Larcomar, a symbol of modern Lima and a tourist and entertainment, centre as well as a privileged site to enjoy an amazing view of the Pacific Ocean. Finally, we will enter to the Lima’s Historical Centre, passing by Plaza San Martin, Plaza Mayor, the Government Palace, the City Hall, the Cathedral and its Religious Art Museum, and Lima’s Colonial Balconies. We will visit the Convent and Church of San Francisco, the greatest monumental complex of Colonial Art in America and Cultural Heritage of Humanity.

In route we will visit the famous Chullpas of Sillustani, 12 m/40ft high stone cylinder burial chambers, used by the Aymaras to bury their important leaders. Lake Umayo, located in front of the Chullpas, adds further beauty to the place. Here you also have the opportunity to observe wild guinea pigs, birds and other local wildlife.

At according time we will start our lakeside guided tour to the highest lake in the world the “Titicaca Lake” (3810 masl), located in the Altiplano, we will visit the Uros Islands using small boats, this ethnic family lives in floating islands of totora reeds. We continue to Taquile Island (4040 m.a.s.l) where we will discover one of the most beautiful andean places with plenty of hills and archaeological sites, weaving is the main activity and garments made with high technical fabric designs shows their daily lives. Return to Puno in the afternoon.
